Bf2142 Help Please!!!!!!

I know this is my millionth post today but I can't figure what the heck is going on with my computer. Now everytime I go into a server after about 2-3 minutes the I hit ctrl+alt+del and it says "not responding" it does this every single time I try to play. I have the 1.40 patch alreday installed and it was working PERFECTLY last night and now I simply can't figure out whats going on. Can someone please help!?

I have some new snip shots of the Windows Task Manager and DXDIAG someone please help this is so annoying. This is more or less an update on a post made yesterday.
