Playing CoD4 MP

while i am playing Call Of Duty 4 It Works most of the time and some times it eather goes black and starts shaking like crazy or my pc restarts its self does anyone know why this could be?

could be heat,or voltage related try speedfan post back the voltage,and temp readings.

ok the temps look good i will assume these are idle temps.now be sure to post the voltages readings from it.

List your power supply name and voltages printed on the side, motherboard make and model, memory brand and quantity, video card, operating system, optical drives, hard drives and pci devices. Mike

and cpu and cooler if you know.

motherboard make and model= how do i find this out

memory brand and quantity=not sure the brand total=1536MB free= 851 MB have 4 sticks 2 are 512 and 2 are 256

video card= ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT AGP

operating system= XP Home Edition

optical drives= what is this

hard drive= how do i find this out

pci devices= I have AGP

cpu= Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.80GHz

cooler= to cool my pc all i have is a fan nothin special i believe

thx for the help gentlemen i am a little computer illiterate and not sure to much about them so this helps me allot thx and merry christmas to u all

i have another question when i go to start up cod4 multiplayer it starts screen goes black then it closes and said a problem has caused the program to stop working windows will notify you if there is a solution any help would be nice
