Angry yet another call of duty 4 problem

hi again guys, i havnt gotten around to building my new computer yet still havnt sold the quad. anyways, on to the point, i bought cod4 last night to find that my computer doesnt even recognize that i put it in. the weird thing is it works for other games such as bf2. i know the game works cause i put it in my moms comp. and it worked fine. iv even done a full system restore on my computer hoping that it would fix it but no such luck. any ideas?

i also have a small question, since i did the system restore i dont have` tabbed search on and i cant figure out how to turn it on. soooo... how do i turn it on?

thanks everyone
