bf2, lagging and crashing

ok well i had the crashing problem for a long time...ever since i got my computer. i thought it was my psu that was doing it so i upgraded from a 450 to a 700w. and i didnt crash for a while. but now i have a lag. and my computer is now crashing to the desktop AGAIN and i dont know what to do!!! i cant OWN people when im lagging and crashing to the desktop :-P

ok well i hope you guys can help me. my settings in battlefield 2 are on max and dont tell me to turn them down cause i payed for max settings

also i put it on more performance than quality on the NVIDIA control pannal...so here are my specs

also i reinstalled windows xp at lease 3 times since i got my computer ...about 3 months or so
