Gamepad problem with Games
I got an Xbox 360 wireless controller for Windows and it's been a problem ever since day one. I have tried other gamepads, but the same problem exists. Here are the issues:
Problem 1: I install the gamepad with it's CD and it installs fine. However, when the gamepad is connected, none of my games start! they all crash to desktop as soon I double click them to start. Problem 2: I got to game controllers in the control panel, but when the controller is connected, that feature doesn't even start! when I disconnect the controller, game controllers starts up again, but no controllers are present. Problem 3: When I try to install the gamepage manually through Windows game controller, it doesn't let me. Problem 4: I can run my games ONLY when I start my games first and then connect the controller. So far, I only use the controller for FIFA 08 and when I use that technique, the controller works fine in the game, but the game lags severely! when I disconnect the controller, game runs fine again. What's the problem here?! Why can't Windows properly recognize my controller? and why do my games have problems with it? |
