clive barker's undying (moved from Windows XP)

I just got this game as a gift and after getting installed, I can't get it to run. what can I do?

Have you tried reinstalling it? What error messages do you get, if any?

There is no error. It just freezes after I open it.

By the way, i installed it 3 times.

I presume you've looked in the Troubleshooting section in the manual. Have you tried contacting Electronic Arts?

they haven't responded. That was 2 hrs ago.

From my experience of vendors it can take a couple of days.
