As I said, the current SiS Mirage graphics card is integrated and it robs 256mb RAM off my computer so my computer is in fact 1024mb RAM and I heard SiS Mirage the worst kind to get. I am thinking of getting a GeForce 8600GT 256mb instead which would cost me about £50 from Newegg. Also the games that I want to be able to play are:

(In order of priority)
Counter Strike Source
Age of Empire 3
The Orange Box games
Battlefield 2142

I don't mind playing in medium quality but prefer to be in best quality when possible. I don't think any of these games asks for too much right?

The questions that I have are:

1. Does my motherboard support PCI Express? I think it does since nearly all new computer have it and I got mine 3 months ago

2. Is my choice of video card good? If not make a suggestion, I'd like to keep the budget to around $100/£50 if possible

3. Does my 256mb RAM return if I get a new video card? If not, is there any way of getting it back? Would I need to uninstall the older driver first?

4. Is the RAM I have now sufficient for the games I intend to play?

5. What RAM is compatible with my computer and has my motherboard got enough slots for the extra stick(s) of RAM needed? If I need RAM I will probably buy the 1 GB ones

If there are any other PC specs you like me to add just post and I'll try and get it, you might have to tell me where to find it first :3
