Errors while installing GunZ and WarRock...

im not sure why it's happening, it's as if something isn't allowing the crucial files of the game to install. i just need to know how to fix it. The window that pops up says

The following error occurred on the file 'C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Imformation\{00D15456-F679-4AD4-8BD2-56450D4C3F72}\setup.exe'.

Access is denied.
(0x5)

3 option to choose from say Abort, Retry, or Ignore. if i choose abort then obviously it closes witha failed to install window, if i choose retry same window comes up, and if i choose ignore, then the game won't work and more windows pop up say other files can be installed.

and so on...

*Things i've tried
-redownload the installation
-close and retry it
-see if my firewall was preventing it from installing << not so sure about this

plz reply if u know anything about it

oh yeah and also for GunZ it says,

Error opening file for writing:

C:\Program Files\MAIET\Gunz\GunzLauncher.exe

Click Abort to stop the installation,
Retry to try again, or
ignore to skip this file.

from that im wondering if you have the newest version of windows installer.you need to visit windows updates,and get the newest version of the windows installer.while you are there you may want to see if you have the newest version of direct x.

still doesn't work just downloaded and installed the latest windows installer, no affect.
