HL2.exe errors, game crashes.

Hey guys been having pc problems, i mainly play counter strike source, counter strike 1.6, day of defeat source. During gaming 5 minutes or 3 hrs, it crashes to desktop.
I've been getting these erros consistently.
Faulting application hl2.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module datacache.dll, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0000b423.
^^ this one occurs very regularly, during css and dods.
Faulting application steam.exe, version 1.0.0.0, faulting module mss32_s.dll, version 7.0.4.0, fault address 0x0005dfeb.
^^ from 1.6 only experienced it once.

Anyone have any idea why these errors occur or what they mean?
