Game pad not Working Correctly?

I bought a game pad the other day...
The model is Game Elements' GGE910
It's a wireless, USB game controller.
I bought it, it WORKS, but not the way I WANT it to

The main buttons [1-4] are the problem
Most controllers, when you push the button, all you have to do is PUSH it, and if it goes down at all, it goes through.
This controller however, when I push the button down, nothing happens
If I push the button down HARD, it works fine.

The thing is, I can't play my games having to push that hard on the buttons =/

I returned it, thinking it was a problem with the one I had, and got a new one
The new one is doing the SAME thing!
So it's not a problem with the controller, it's just how it is?

Has anyone had my problem?
Should I return it and just get the non-wireless one? [I had this one before, and it worked fine]

Re: Game pad not Working Correctly?

I bought this POS of a wireless controller as well.

It's installed and functioning. However, I can't seem to figure out how to get it work. IE, in game it doesn't do anything. I've read the help me files, tutorials, browsed web, etc. I can't seem to figure out *** to do to get it to work? I just want to go shoot a bad guy :)
