Video Card Error

I've just installed a new game called Uru and every time I try to start the game it tells me "there was an error initalizing the video card try lowering your graphics settings" I have no idea what that means or how to do it. I'd appreciate any help you can give me.

on the start screen for the game hit options.then there should be a subcategory for video options.reduce some of those settings since its telling you to.

I've reduced everything down as far as it will go and its not making a difference.

What video card do you have you may need a better driver for it.

How do I find out which video card I have?

open control panel then display.look for display adapter tab it will tell ya.

I have a Dell E550 on Intel(R)82810E Graphics Controller.

it is an onboard chip and probably not up to the specs of the game

i have to agree with dai here.integrated graphics just wont cut it for gaming.
