Star War Battlefront 2 Problem... please help!

Hi.. about a year ago i bought SWB2 and installed it, it runned just fine... then i got bored and uninstalled it, back then i had a pentium 4 2.4ghz 256 mb ram geforce fx 5200.
Yesterday i wanted to play again so i installed it, i click the icon and the game starts, the intro screen pass ok, but 2 seconds after the game sends me to profile screen it starts to get cold and eventually freezes.
I added up 512 mb to my computer in the meantime while i had uninstalled battlefront, the rest is the same, i dont understand what is the problem so please help me.

probably registry entries.if you can do regedit open it,and delete all entries for the game.one word of warning be sure you only delete the game entries.also if it currently installed uninstall it before you do the regedit.

Thanks but i found my problem... i have a wireless modem interfering with the game. Is there anyway to play the game without shutting down the modem?

only piece of advice i could give here.is maybe try to update your wireless drivers.
