PLZ HELP...Silkroad error

I am not sure if this is in right forum...but, I downloaded Silkroad Online, Installed it. When I click on the icon on my desktop (windows XP btw), it opens, I click start, and it loads, then all of a sudden this comes up:

OS : Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 (build 2600)
CPU : Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.66GHz
Memory : Physical(511.5MB), Page(1250.5MB), Virtual(2047.9MB)
Graphic Card : HAL (mixed vp): NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X
Graphic Card Version : 6.14.0001.4303
Graphic Driver Date : 2003- 3- 3 11:44
Build(exe) : [2000-00-00] [00:00:00]

there are 2 options to click:

1. ? 2. ? (i am not joking, the ?'s are actuially the options.)

Can someone send me a link to download Windows XP service Pack 2 (build 2600) ?
