When I play games in my computer something wrong happens with controlling

Evenr time I play a game in my computer something wrong happen with the controlling the character I'm controlling moves then stop then after a while he moves again the same thing with all buttons even the action button, if I keep holding the button it will work like if I was pressing the button frequency but it took it from 3 to 10 seconds for it.
all the game works fine the game dosen't run slow

it's just the controlling
Ok it's not because of the keyboard I'm 200% sure it's working fine it's just my computer when I play video games not one game more than one game

plz help me what should I do ??
don't tell me to format my computer is there a softwere that I can use

Firstly, please click on "Common Game Issues" in my signature, and follow each step carefully. If nothing there solves your problems, post your full system specs (click "Posting System Specs" in my signature), as well as a list of the games you have this problem with.
