Here's what I understand of the problem:

3 minutes into a game, all your units die and all your buildings are destroyed, causing you to be defeated. Is that correct?

If so, that is a fairly common issue with the BFME games, usually caused by no-CD cracks, or a corrupted install. If you're using a crack, take it off. If not, try reinstalling the game.
