WarHammer 40,000 Assistance [RESOLVED]

Hey, this is my first post here and I have been trying to fix this problem by myself but have come to a solid brick wall.

I have had WarHammer 40,000: Dark Cruesade installed on this PC for quite some time. Recently, it has been shutting down the whole PC. I'm not sure if it's the game, because also when I try to veiw trailers/other content on web sites it does the same thing.

So the description of what is happening: WarHammer pops up and after maybe a minute of the advertisements of Relic and THQ, the opening comes on and the modem of the PC really really gets noisy. Once I get to the main menu, it stops. After I proceed to start a match...it decides to once again to get noisy and then SHUT DOWN the PC on it's own. It's not just visuals that are going out, but the whole PC.

I am 100% posotive that I meat all system requirements. I have Direct X9 since I am on Windows XP. I am working off of a Wireless network though. Come to think of it, the problem started the first time I went to play the game online with a freind after getting wireless setup. I have re-installed the game multiple times. The CD is absolutely clean.

I have made a discovery. It also will do it to anything that is video/games period. Anyone have any idea pwez? o.o

these type shutdowns during something intense is normally one of three causes.

1:you have a virus,or some spyware causeing it to crash.

2:you are overheating < for this try http://www.techsupportforum.com/arti...rsviewpro.html post back your temps,and voltages

3:your power supply is on the fritz which posting your voltages will tell us.

I fixxed it. Took apart the PC and messed with the card a bit. Turns out it was a tad loose.

UNRESOLVED.

I'm not sure why, but the problem is back now after a day of being fine. I did the same exact stuff I did last time, and it continued to not work. I decided to brain storm, and checked on the PSU. It's only puting out 250 Watts maxed. Just to be sure, is it likely this is the problem?
