Game Activation Key Input Problems [RESOLVED]
Hey,
I cannot install F.E.A.R., because it will not allow me to input the key code. There are five boxes that require 4 characters (#'s and letter mix) to activate. But I can only fit a maximum of three. This is the second time it has happened w/ FEAR. The first time I returned the game thinking it was defective somehow. I exchanged it, and the new game does the exact same thing, so I tried it on a different computer and it worked fine. Something somewhere is making the letters too large to fit. I don't know what to do. I disable clear type, but that didn't work. The letters just won't fit. I can fit 4 #'s per block, but all FEAR codes use a mix of #'s and letters. My one desperate guess is maybe, because I've removed a lot of fonts from my XP install, that the font that is supposed to be used is missing, so it defaults to a different font that won't work. That just doesn't seem right to me though. But, I backed up all the removed fonts and will reinstall them and see if it works. Every other game I've installed works fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Game Activation Key Input Problems
I was right, it was the font. Added some of the removed font back to the Windows directory and the key worked like a charm.
Thanks anyway
