Odd FPS problem.
Hello. Just last night, all of my games started having low FPS. Unreal Tournament 2004 and Quake 3 Arena both have bad fps, for some reason. That's not all, however... Get this. When I play a flash game on addicting games or whatever, I get bad fps in those also! Is there something wrong with my graphics card? I don't update my drivers because when I do, it makes my games all sluggish. It started last night out of nowhere. I rebooted and no luck.
Help would be appreciated. Thanks, Goomba. |

Re: Odd FPS problem.
Hi Goomba.
If you haven't already, run though the First Steps. Try running a virus scan and also doing a defrag. Do you clean your PC regularly? If there is a buildup of dust it can cause overheating which leads to some pretty serious lag. |
