RESOLVED Please refresh my memory

Hi,

I just bought a USB game controller, and Windows found a driver for it, but I cannot for the life of me remember how to configure it for CS and CS:CZ.

The controller is a Logitec Dual-Action USB analog controler. Thanks.

Moved. I am pretty sure there was a way to assign some of the buttons to specific keys and one of the control sticks to the function of moving the mouse for looking.

Re: Please refresh my memory

did the controller come with a driver/sofware disk? Most do and the software will allow you to set up a profile for each game you would like to use it with. I have the wireless version of what you bought and it came with a program called "profiler".

Re: Please refresh my memory

In counter strike source it is in the game settings i am pretty sure.
you can select it instead of a mouse and keyboard.
but that is source i dont know if it is the same for normal cs.

Here is the software:
http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/do...id=7307,osid=1

You can program buttons to keystrokes. Enable the joystick in the Mouse tab of the CS options section. The create a new assignment for the control stick axis you want to use for moving and program it to the arrow keys or whatever keys you use for movement.
