flight simulator x boeing 747 do not land

At the previous moment of landing when the 747 is a few feet of the ground, the plane just keep flying over the runway without touching down and is unresponsive to any command to land, unless I make to the plane to crash. Only take off again but never land.
This is only happening with boeing 747, any other jets are ok.
