Warcraft 3

I'm sure someone has already posted something like this before. Hopefully I can get this fixed. A while back my friend and I would have to wait forever on Battle.net to find a custom game we liked. Unable to host our own games, we would waste away waiting for our favorties to come along. Until my friend was able to start hosting. He got a different router. We were filled with joy. No more waiting. That is until we discovered that about 5 minutes after the game started I would lag out. I would be the only one to lag out. We tried multiple maps and different methods. I have attempted to do port forwarding and all that but it hasnt given me any results. Im the only one that lags out but i do fine in other peoples games. If anyone can help me solve this problem wether it be i stop lagging out of his games or i can host my own, that would be great. Thanks

Specs:

Computer: Windows XP Media Center, T6420 Desktop PC Emachines
Modem: Embarq 660 Series
Router: Linksys WRT54G V.3
This is the only computer running Warcraft 3 on my network.

Tscott,
I can't help with this problem, but whilst you're waiting for someone in the Gaming Forum to reply, you might try using the search button at the top to see if anyone has posted about this.

Re: Warcraft 3

Yah, I tried that. I didn't get a result that matched my problem. I'll just keep waiting.

Re: Warcraft 3

Yup. I mostly just found people who could host but people dropped out.
