Problem with Panzer General for Win95
A teacher of mine wants to relive olden times, and found a copy of Panzer General on eBay. The disc has nothing wrong with it, and he says that he has had this problem with his Windows XP, and I have had this problem with Windows 95 running on Q and VMWare. This comes up every time that I start the game.

Re: Problem with Panzer General for Win95
Hmmm. This is a tricky one.
Have you tried running it using DosBox? The Wiki I found said it was a DOS game. I have a feeling it's only a compatibility problem. PG is trying to access the Virtual Memory of the OS, but it may not like XP or 95. Last edited by Tiber Septim; 03-28-2007 at 04:54 AM. |

Re: Problem with Panzer General for Win95
The original Panzer General is for DOS. The version that my teacher has states that it works for DOS, Windows 95, and Mac OS.
