One of the oddest errors I've ever had... [RESOLVED]

I just purchased S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl, and I installed it, and this came up when I tried to start the game:

I don't even know why it's in German...

www.freetranslation.com roughly translates it to:

Mistake

The page-file is deactivated or passes the file size not from.

Needs over to function the game a page-file of at least 2GB. Adapt please the system configuration before the game is started again.

How do I change the page-file, or whatever?

Glad to hear you got it working. Just curious though, what steps did you take to fix it, was it simply a matter of changing the page file size?

Yeah. I had no idea how to do that, but my friend told me.

I just made the minimum/maximum page file size 2048/2048.

Thanks for the fix. Have fun with Stalker, I'm considering getting it but I need to upgrade my PC first *sighs*.
