Help me plz 6600gt problems

I have a 6600gt pci and its doing this in games, some icons are invisible on desktop and drivers for it seem to screw up everything visually

here is a pic of what its doing

When did this start happening? And what are your full specs? Use Everest and post what is says for the System Summary. Also, what is your PSU? Look at the specs on the side.

I went through 2 6600gt's in 1 year
Is this in SLI?

My System

i had the same problem with a 6200. try turning the hardware acceleration down. that fixed it for me
