Hi Calasphere.
To me it sounds llike your video card is artifacting, this can be casued by damaged components, either by heat or electrical damage. The strange thing is you are saying it only happens in WOW. Is it possible to get a screenshot of the pixellation, just so we can check? Also, download Everest (link in my signature) and then, in Everest, go to -> Computer -> Sensor. Take a screenshot of that before you run any games, and take another after about 10 mins of running a game (particularly WOW). Post those shots back here. |

What Tiber has been asking for is screenshots of the program Everest. Open Everest, and go Computer -> Sensor. Take a screenshot of the temps and voltages, and post it here. Then open a game, play it for a while, close it, and quickly go to that Sensors page in Everest. Take another screenshot of the temps and voltages, and post it here.

I've always thought overheating issues resulted in an automatic hard reboot. Am I wrong in that assumption? Can a freeze happen from simple overheating as well?
