White Blur & Coloured Flashes In Rainbow Six: Vegas

I have just installed Rainbow Six: Vegas on to my PC which has the following specs:

OS - Windows XP Pro (SP2 Installed)
CPU - Intel Pentium D 2.8Ghz
Video Card - 256mb Nvidia 7600GT (XXX Version)
RAM - 1GB PC3200 DDR

Here's the problem... Everything in the game is smooth as hell with no lag at all even during intense battles, but whenever I go indoors I get white blurs in certain areas of the room/house or whatever and I'm also getting little flashes of red, green & blue around the screen. The problem is shown as an attachment.

I decided to go through the video options turning each thing off one by one to see if that solved the problem. I turned "High Dynamic Range" off and everything was fine.

I played it for about an hour with no problems at all so it must have been that. Hopefully it wasn't just coincidence.

No! Not the HDR, that's what makes it all pretty-looking!

First off, i have read that a few people fixed this by lowering their resoloution to 800x600 (in game).
It doesn't appear to be artifacting, more like corrupt textures maybe?
Have a run through the 'Common Game Issues' thread in my signature if you haven't already. It could need a simple re-install.
Or, if you prefer, you can continue playing with sub-par graphics .

Well, I uninstalled the game, uninstalled my drivers, rebooted, reinstalled my drivers, rebooted again, reinstalled the game, rebooted again and tried it out. Still the same problem

I guess I'm gonna just have to play without HDR unless somebody has another suggestion.

EDIT: The funny thing is though, I can play Oblivion with HDR turned on and with no problems.

most games have a brightness setting this may not do anything, but try turning it down a bit.

Have you tried updating the game? I had a similar problem in Far Cry - when the lighting was turned up to full, everything was unnaturally bright and seemed to glow. Updating the game fixed it.
