Hi, and welcome to the forum.

Hello, welcome to TSF.
If none of the suggestions Indoril pointed you to help, try turning down Hardware sound acceleration. Go to Start-> Run-> Type 'dxdiag'-> Click 'Ok'-> Go to the 'Sound' Tab. Under the 'DirectX Features' heading, set the slider down to 'Basic Acceleration'. It's a common problem with Morrowind. |
