Weird Sounds
Some games I play on my laptop cause my DVD drive to make weird sounds. I've noticed that if I grab the top and bottom of my laptop (and therefore the DVD drive) and lightly squeeze the sound stops. Is there a way to permanently fix this?

That I think is a manufacturer issue.
The reason it does it while you're installing and not playing is because during the install, your drive is revved up and spinning as fast as it can go to push data out as fast as the system is asking for it. During games, it doesn't need to run because all your game data is on your hard drive. It only needs the cd to validate the install everytime at start-up.
