Re: Temporary freezes in hardware intensive games
Thanks all, i've been doing some research on several forums and arrived to the conclusion that the problem was that i have a 125 watt AMD x2 dualcore in a motherboard that (i'm recently aware of that) only support up to 95 watt procesors. So be carefull when and if you donīt know a lot, where are you buying your system, i didn't know that and neither (i supose) the guy who sold me the pc.
I didn't have the money for a new motherboard, so I solved the problem by down clocking the processor to 2.8 ghz using rmclock. (I have a AMD X2 6000, with a asus M2N-VM HDMI motherboard). Now my games run perfectly... this maybe a partial solution but it really helps and only costs 400 mhz of clock, at least still i can buy a new mobo. |
