how do i compile a map to haloce?

i was woundering if any of you know what tool i need to compile my made map to a haloce folder?

Okay,I got it.But now I need to import glass in to my windows,in my created map!!
:anyone know how do I import it or...:

well you can either use sprites or a 3d surface with a transparent map
