blue screen when trying to connect to silkroad!!

ive just tired connecting to silkroad when i get blue screen saying that i need to restart my computer to prevent damage then when i restart i get the "system has recover form a seriouse error"
why and what did it doe this 4?

Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 804f763c, parameter3 b876b9d8, parameter4 00000000.

do you have what silkroad requires?

If I remember right, the first code in that error means an issue with RAM. Try running Memtest86 overnight to determine if the RAM is bad.
