Weird problem, help please!

Hey guys, ever since Ive had my Nvidia 6800 GS video card (old one was a Nvidia 5200) Ive been having a problem with the screen. For a example I will use 2 examples, FSPassengers (a program used for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004) and just trying to select a aircraft.

Here is what the menu looks like. Note how you can see the aircraft you selected.

When Im flying and I want to fly another plane, you dont have to go back to the main menu, you just press alt and all the options come up at the top, and you can click on a option where you can fly another aircraft, so when I click on it while my plane I just got done flying sitting on the ground, the aircraft menu comes up but I cant see the plane.

Weird huh? Well heres the worst part. When I bring up the FSPassengers program this happens.

(The more I drag the blue tray up the more the black part comes up)

Here is how its supposed to look..

Like I said, this has only been happening since I got my new video card. Its pretty annoying so help would be greatly appreciated! :)

Thanks
