Serious Sam 2

Just got a new computer and this game came with my video card, however after installing while I play my mouse keeps skipping in the menu and the sound doesnt work right (kinda mixed up as if the files were being read all at the same time)

It only happens in this game.

I'm using onboard sound from my Asus A8N32-SLI deluxe

system specs:
WinXP pro
AMD Athlon X2 Dual 4800+ (2.41 GHz)
1GB ram (Corsair I think)
nVidia GeForce 7900 GT

Also what specifications are your Power Supply Unit (PSU)
The specs are posted usually on a sticker on the PSU when you open up the case. Please tell us everything it says on there (12v AMP etc)

I guess I was naive in thinking a program might work right out of the box. I used a patch from the maker's website and now it appears to be working.
