World of Warcraft FPS

I am getting around 1-10 fps in game. My hardware is...AMD Athlon(tm) XP 1800+ 1.49GHz, 1.00GB of RAM, ATI Radeon X700 Pro 256, and Asus A7N8X deluxe MB. I know the processor is a little out of date, and video card is not top end, but i should still see aroudn 25fps i would think. I have 2 HD going C: is the one the game is on, it has about 40gb free space. The OS is on E: and it has about 10gb free on it. Both drives have been defraged. I have ran adaware, done virus scan, tried running the game with no addons. and nothign seems to be helping. I have submitted a Hijackthis log in the above forums. So if any of you have any ideas please post, im desperate.

P.S. Have followed all the above steps.

hmm. look inside your computer, and if you see alot of dust, get some compressed air and clean it out. the main thing is the CPU, but you should be getting more then 10 even with that one...

i hope u dont mean these aboe steps. give this a shot and post back with results. might be a video driver issue or possible a directx issue
