u need to use a program like Nero or Alcohol120 to burn the files to a cd.
with alcohol120 u can imitate a cd drive and load the cue files directly. the cue files are cd images wich as i said need to be burned to a cd to work.

You need to use the cue file to burn as an image, not data.
What games are they? Legal games don't usually come in bin/cue format.

Well since the resolution was given, I just hope these weren't illegally obtained games.
For the record, TSF does not help with the obtaining, downloading, installing, set-up, or troubleshooting of illegal software and games. Since this is against the law, we don't much have the desire to be accessories in a crime.
