Gunz Problems

hi i've been playing this game called Gunz for about a year and half now ( at gunzonline.com) and i've been using a program provided by the site called Gunz-mouse rebinder it just makes it so ur mouse can do different thing, anyways recently they had a patch update, and with that patch update they took away Gunz mouse rebinder, even so i've tried to manualy config my mouse in crontol pannel but it still wont work, peopple say its because of the X-Trap ( sorta like a FW for the game preventing hacks etc) and so i'm wondering if there are any other ways u guys might know how to get arount this problem and if u would like u can visit their forum and heres the diccusion, http://www.gunzfactor.com/gunzmouseremap.php here that tells you eaxtly how it worked and what its purpose was etc..

I don't know much about the game, but if they took away the mouse utility with the most recent patch, it was probably for a reason. It may have made the game unstable and to give you the best possible experience, it had to go.

Um i doudt it the people who make this game taking and adding pointless stuff, so i'm gessing it was a mistake or some other alme reason, if it was for one the reasons u gave they probably would've told us. Anyways i was just wondering if u know any program that can change the mouse buttons and i've already tried control panel it didn't work

is this a generic mouse or a specialized mouse for gaming? Most gaming mice come with a driver and utility program that will allow you to do this. Here is something I found called X-Mouse

i've downloaded the zip file of X-mouse and the microsoft update but when i try and install x-mouse it still says "this installation package is not supported by this processor type. contact your product vendor.

ok i tried changing my middle button to shift, and during the game nothing happened , but i really wanna do is make my middle button be the same thing as R, but still be able to press R itself. because in the game is for reload so i want my middle button to reload, Any other ideas?

is there any place within the utility to set what programs the mouse will keep the mappings for?

yea i tried remapping it for 3 different exes. that were a part of the game but i still think its being blocked my X-trap (gunz version of firewall) it tells gunz what it can and cant let in.

Any other ideas?
