White Screen: Flash

If this is the wrong place to put this please move it to where it belongs.

Im having a problem, my grandmother bought a flash game called gold miners its a aol flash game. She bought it to play offline, since she is 56k.

Its been working fine for awhile now but now whenever you click on it a white screen comes up, and the only way to shut it down is to ctrl alt del.

Ive tried uninstaling and reinstalling as well as downloading a new ver of flash, nothing has worked. So can anyone help?

has anything change on the system before this started happening? Any new hardware, reformat and reinstall windows, anything?

Is it a browser-based game or standalone?

I dled a new ver of flash, flash 9, thats all.

It works by itself, dont need to be connected on the internet or aol on.
