Exclamation Problemz !!!

Hey i m new here and was just wondering if anybody could help me the problem is whenever i play any game or try atleast it starts to blink and change colors randomly and i donnu how to fix it resolution refresh rate or wat ???? All the games used to work before i formatted it i figured out it was my graphic card and installed it but it still is happenin someone help Thnx

My System

the drivers are what windows uses to know how to communicate with your card. what is your video card Make/Model. I'll try to point you in the right direction for the latest drivers.
