Zoo Tycoon

Hi,
I installed my Zoo Tycoon game the other day, and it never worked.
When I launch the game, It shows the two videos, goes to the loading screen and crashes every single time. It only loads about 1/4 of the way and crashes. I downloaded the update from Microsoft and have uninstalled/reinstalled like 5 times.
The game has worked before.

Any Suggestions?

I play zoo tycoon to and have the same problem. I get into the game and start building but after about 5-10 mins the game goes crashing.

All i can say is use microsoft help and support. It hasn't been helpful to me but might be to you......
