I am a big PC gamer and I would like to connect my lan at my house to one of my friends houses, so that we could play locally. ( I am at my house and he is at his house). Can someone please help me out.
P.S I dont want to connect to WAN. |

Hi and welcome to TSF!
You would be sharing the connection through wireless However, I would not recommend sharing the connection over to a neighbor's house for different reasons. 1. It may be against the ISP's TOS. 2. The neighbor could download things illegally, and if the ISP finds out, you would be responsible for it.

Hello.
I agree with Jason09. Not only does it have those downsides, wireless networks are really bad for gaming. You'd be getting dropped packets all the time and I don't really know if you could expect to even get a playable connection. How far away is your friend's house?
