Help! Dota Lagging Problem

i recently updated my Dota from 1.20 to 1.24 latest version.

Before i used dota 1.20 version with latest maps supported, it works fine playing dota offline using 5v5.

Now Dota 1.24 version using latest map 6.64, 5v5 offline game suddenly lagging only if the 5 heroes attacking.

Pls help im using 512mb pci-e vga and 1gb ram.

Download Service Pack 3 using Windows Update and see if that helps.

thanks for the reply, but i have an issue of windows pack 3, before i update all computers to sp3 but error occured;

"Generic host process for win32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close"

then disable the Audio, Can't Network, Can't connect internet, and etc. i'm searching on the net to fix this issue, lots of tutorial but still can't fix.

so, i think the best solution is to go back to sp2 which is on my License Windows XP included.
