Call of Duty World at War - servers problem!
Hey, i have been playing cod waw for a while now.
im sick of the problem that when I play online, i can find servers (says like getting info for "2993" servers), comes up with all the servers, and then when i play it says a lot of times CONNECTION interruption. then i have to leave server and it says im offline BOER but im not, i can still access internet. then when i relaunch COD it says im online, and when i try finding servers it says "getting info for 3000 servers" but only like 20 comes up. then when i press refresh it says waiting for master server......... and same with co-op, it says getting info for 18 servers, like 2 or none come up. Ive heard about port fowarding, will this help? Ps. im using internet, Netgear CG814WG Wireless cable modem gateway. thanx for any help!!! |

Hello and welcome to TSF.
Go to your internet browser (preferabble Internet Explorer or Firefox) and typer 192.168.0.1. in the box. A window will pop up, the username is admin or comcast and the password is 1234 Go to Port Configuration and forward the following ports: 80,443,3074,3075,3478,3479,5223.

Re: Call of Duty World at War - servers problem!
thanx for reply, but when i type admin or comcast as username and 1234 as password. it doesnt allow. when the thing pops up, it says it resquets username and password and the site says: netgear.
isnt it possible to foward ports in the follwing way: control panel - windows firewall - exceptions tab - add port? |

Re: Call of Duty World at War - servers problem!
You can try that, but I think that's just for the firewall and not the router.
