call of duty 5 co-op issue
I'm sure this has come up many times before. but after lots of attempts a was finally able to "host online" and have ppl see and join my game.
However when i clicked start map it appeared that none of them were loading the lvl and it eventually dropped out. i opened the ports 3074 and 28960 for both udp and tcp. windows fireall is off and i turned my alternate firewall off. router firewall also off. . . unsure what else it could be? comp specs: Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6420 @ 2.13GHz (2 CPUs) Memory: 3582MB RAM Hard Drive: 1 TB Total Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS Sound Card: Realtek HD Audio output Operating System: Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 3 |

Re: call of duty 5 co-op issue
i went insane with my router and opened all the ports i could find for cod as well as playing around with other features. turning on virtual ports etc.
i also went into my net connection options in windows and added ports in the setting for that. . . dunno if it helped but yeah. i have been able to host games however sometimes it doesnt quite work |

Re: call of duty 5 co-op issue
i have also found that when i set a ping limit the match wont start as all the players will be dropped. i'm sure this isnt the case for everyone but if have had this problem just set ur ping limits at 0 and it should load up fine
