i have currently completed the mark of chaos : battle march game
i would like to play the online service now but am having difficulty doing that

firstly it told me my gamespy account did not exist
so i tried creating a new account through the game itself
this worked

however it now tells me my cd - key is invalid
even though i have only used it on this laptop
and have checked it thoroughly
wondered if anyone could help me with this

Hello and welcome to TSF.

Firstly, just make absolutely sure that you're typing it in correctly. (Not getting 1's and l's mixed up etc.) Secondly, did you activate the game on another account? If so, you'll need to get the details for that account and play via it instead.

Lastly, if you don't have another account and you're sure the key is correct, you should contact customer support about the problem.
