COD4 online question

can somebody tell me how my friend and only my friend can find a game i have created, as the list goes on forever and is very hard to find if not impossible, in other games you can click join then type the game name in, is there nothing like this?
i am using an original dvd and no 3rd part program like xfire.

When posting a problem, please wait at least 72 hours before bumping threads. Everyone lives in different places with different times and it is quite possible that several people are already attempting to find the cause of your problems.
