latency and frame rate

Hey guys,

I play online games using 384kbps (soon to be 512kbps) it works fine actually but sometimes it's a bit laggy. My friend playing WoW and it has a built in software that monitor latency and frame rate which some games doesn't have.

My question is, is there any software that I can download to monitor my latency and frame rate while playing online games. And can you also educate me with these two?

Thanks in advance!

Re: latency and frame rate

Ummm, Fraps can monitor your FPS. Not sure about something to monitor latency 'though.
