Possibly, but you'll have to give more details if you want any help. Please post your full system specs and the games you're having trouble with.

Are you using a firewall and/or router? Have you opened the required ports as described in the games manuals?

What happens when you try to run an online game? Any error messages? Does the game crash back to the desktop?

Tell us the exact error message or what is happening everytime you launch the game so that we can figure it out for you guys..

first thing i do when my online games dont work is close them, reenter. then reboot and try again, makesure i got the settings how they were when it did work.. reinstall.. then when i am out of ideas i put it on here.. if that helps in any way.. what have you done so far?

Run as Adminstrator the / main.exe or Launcher.exe of muserver files

should work if not o0
