Cod5 WAW. Terrible FPS

Hey there. Just about every time I join a cod5 server ill get horrid FPS. I've already gone through other threads about increasing your paging file and deleting temp files. But I was wondering what would make the biggest improvement in my Cod5 FPS, or perhaps there's something wrong with my game/drivers?? Anyways here my system specs.
