Please help!

I've downloaded FLYFF and it is giving me problems, though it seems to work fine at first a few moments into it the game knocks me off for "game hacking". I dont even log in sometimes. I have no idea whats going on, I dont have ANY idea how to hack and dont want to! I'm clueless when it comes to computers, have I done somthing wrong? Is it the game? I'm at the end of my rope, can someone please help me?

Have you tried asking on the official Flyff forum or contacting their support team?

I had installed this once before about a yr ago and had issues so I uninstalled it.
