MapleStory Problems

I've had my laptop for about 1 year or so. It's a lenovo and Windows Vista. When I received it a tech guy came and set it up, and then i could play maplestory. About 6 months ago i had to totally reboot my computer because of a virus, erasing everything. Ever since I can only play maplestory for 2 or 3 minutes then the screen goes black and it makes a constant beeping noise and restarts.

I hypothesis it is something he put on the computer that allowed maplestory, and rebooting it erased whatever it was.

Please help.

Re: MapleStory Problems

Hi, I would think it is either the graphics driver or maybe something to do with the tempurature.

Go to lenovos site, find the newest driver for your laptop, and install that.

Also, just to be safe, download speedfan, http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php and watch the tempurature as you start to play the game. Any games I play on my laptop, the temp goes right up to 60 or 70 (C), which is tollerable for mine but not by much.
